Age Requirement & Alcohol Purchases
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcoholic beverages from Unsung Brewing Company.
By placing an order containing alcohol, you represent and certify that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase and possess alcoholic beverages.
Valid government-issued photo identification may be required when an order is picked up or otherwise transferred to the customer. Unsung Brewing Company reserves the right to refuse the release of alcoholic beverages when age or identity cannot be verified or when otherwise required by law.
Alcohol will not be provided to anyone who appears intoxicated or where doing so would violate applicable law.
Online Orders & Brewery Pickup
Orders placed through our website are subject to product availability and confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information at checkout.
Orders designated for brewery pickup must be picked up at the applicable Unsung Brewing Company pickup location during available pickup hours or according to the pickup instructions provided with the order.
You may be required to present your order confirmation and valid government-issued photo identification when picking up an alcohol order.
Orders Not Picked Up
If you do not pick up your order as scheduled, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided with your order to arrange or reschedule pickup.
Failure to pick up an order does not automatically cancel the order or entitle the purchaser to a refund.
If you know you will be unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with rescheduling.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. Unsung Brewing Company does not offer refunds.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
If there is a problem with your order, including an incorrect item or damaged product, please contact Unsung Brewing Company promptly so that we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
Product Availability
Beer releases and other products may be produced in limited quantities and are available while supplies last.
Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully submitted and confirmed.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or product-information errors, and cancel or decline an order when necessary.
If we are unable to fulfill an order that has already been paid for, we will contact the purchaser regarding an appropriate resolution.
Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated and may change without notice.
Applicable taxes, fees, delivery charges, or other charges will be displayed when applicable.
